Admin. The bloody site keeps logging me out. I can't do anything. Every time I click to login, it says I've logged in, then I click something (anything) or I let it do its own thing and it logs me out. I've reset everything I can reset on both my phone and the computer and it keeps doing it.

What do I do?

Matt I replied on other topic. Please delete cookies and cache and try again as I updated site cookie settings.

I've cleared the cache,deleted cookies twice now and it still logs me out. :-o

Strange. Try now I have removed the end / from the cookies location. Try one last time if that doesn't fix it then I don't know as works fine for me :-S

I tried deleting cookies and that worked for me, not sure for how long though!!

Are you guys using Chrome? I've deleted cookies,cleared the cache, even cleared all form data and passwords. Yet even though i tick the "Log me on automatically each visit" box it still logs me out each time.

This happens to me too. I'm using I.E.

Happens every time I go to Plainmoor too..!! =D

Check that your browser settings aren't set to delete on exit.

Keeps happening to me as well using chrome and the same thing on my work computer using IE, so it seems unlikely to be a problem at my end!

I've got the same problem; get logged out every time. This is only since Louis reset, I haven't changed anything on my browser settings. I've cleared cache & deleted cookies. I'm using Chrome.

I don't use chrome.....................
