I've always wondered, what do companies get out of "likes" on MyFace? This sort of thing is hugely popular now, but I can see no immediate benefit. Do MyFace pay per "like" or something?

Matt.

Matt - ferrarilover

A very quick answer to your question above is simply nothing at all apart from the likes themselves

But we find Facebook a fantastic way to speak to our customers and it is a great way for us to get in contact with the fans and increase more awareness for the company

It would be lovely if Facebook paid us for every like but unfortunately that is not the case

It is also a very simple way to enter into a competition - There is no junk mail being sent out all the time and entering names address etc, So we find this approach more customer friendly too.

Hope to see you and meet lots of fans at a game this season!

Charlie.

Thanks for the answer, Charles. I hate MyFace, but, since you seem like a decent sort, I'll log in and "like" you now.

If you "like" something on facebook, it will show up on the feeds of all of your friends, so free advertising.

I agree and wouldn't normally do something like this but the company are providing us with a source of income and without we would struggle more than we do already so i think it's the least i can do on this occasion. I will 'like' too. :-D
