I've just had a butchers at this and i fully praise the club for making buying tickets more accessible and keeping up with the times. I shall certainly be using this when i make my ticket purchases when i go to a game. Next time i go to Plainmoor ( the Wycombe game ) i have decided to go in the Bench so the website allows me to pick a seat not near anybody else. Not that i'm too anti social, just because i'm a rotund man. :~D
( Must clarify that although i am rotund, i am certainly not rotund enough to require 2 seats on an aircraft for example. In addition, the rotundness is partly flab but muscle underneath only you can't see it )

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

This is a great move. I didn't have a season ticket last season and was very frustrated by the lack of online booking for the few games that I was able to attend. I'm also sad to say that they completely bollocksed-up two of the bookings I made by phone (had no record of the booking on one occasion and gave me completely the wrong seat on another). I forgive 'em, though.....................austrianandygull wrote:I've just had a butchers at this and i fully praise the club for making buying tickets more accessible and keeping up with the times. That is my only worry divingboy, that if they struggle to function efficiently just by taking telephone orders resulting in poor service and many errors ( which has happened quite a few times in the recent past ) then there is a concern that they might struggle to operate the online system too. In theory it should be a hell of a lot easier to identify which seats have been sold and to whom so i don't anticipate any problems but you never know given our track record.
If it works as it should then it is a great move by the club and a big help to some of us too, me included. I'm sure it will be fine, we can probably expect a few minor teething problems but once it is up and running for a while there shouldn't be any problems.

Got a minor teething problem which could be construed as a MAJOR teething problem given the site won't actually allow me to register therefore they cannot get my money. I have filled out the registration details and when i go to 'add' them it says something in small red lettering at the top of the form and won't let me even register! Anyone else had this issue?

Got it sorted, rang the club this morning. If you are registering for the first time it is important that you put your date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format otherwise it won't accept it nor will it tell you why not.
Sorted now and i've got my ticket for the wycombe game!
