Changing the DEVON boundaries

Morning all, I ve decided to change the Devon boundaries to ensure that TQFC are the only Devon team. A few reasons for this but mainly down too stupid media reporters who seem to think that Exeter or Plymouth are the top Devon teams. I also hate being the last team on Spotlight to be spoken about!!
So thats it....boundaries have changed.
Telegraph Hill is the boundary North and Exeter is in a new county called Devset!
Ivybridge is the boundary south west and Plymouth is in Cornwall!!
Sorry to inform everyone of this, it may change your Council Tax slightly. Iam happy to make slight adjustments.

Afternoon...happytorq, would you like me to extend the boundary west slightly to you in Connecticut....its not much of a deviation, local councils do it all the time!!

Actually, I believe you see problems where none exist. Torbay and Plymouth are already self-governing and are not part of Devon. Anyway, all we have to do is to keep winning on the pitch and win automatic promotion and the FA Cup. Then Argyle, Excretia and BBC Radio Devon will all be irrelevant.

Excretia and gargoyles having all the coverage on TV/Radio is a long term and ongoing situation. Back in the 60s/70s old Don Arnold (argyle) on Spotlight (I think?) talked as though Argyle were European champions and no one else existed in a footballing sense. He even used to come to Plainmooor and have a good winge about how Argyle would do it better!!
Trouble is, back in those dark days, we played in front of 1500 and were rather bad at times so he thought he had a point but was still a bit of a bore.
Change the boundaries by all means and charge for entry without a valid passport/entry visa.

Morning BeachHutGull......Hope you had a good time at AFC....Of course Goodrington beach is in Devon...in fact I ve decided to buy OLDWAY MANSIONS and extend the gardens to Goodrington for the enjoyment of the local people...Just what the Singer family intended.
No problem OXGULL, thank you for your thoughts, being born in 68 cant say i can remember too much from spotlight back then although my Mum said that I use to fill my NAPPY as soon as they talked about those other two teams!!!! However one spooky thought I heard Ted Tuckerman this morning providing fishing catches on local radio!!!!He was doing that on TV back in the 60's and 70's, also I do remember his jumpers...maybe someone should knit him a TQFC one

Ted Tuckerman still around then? I remember him doing his fishing news on TV back in the 70's as well. Use to have a tackle shop down near the harbour in Torquay as I used to go in and get me some ragworm and fishing bits. His jumpers were legend!!! Good old boy is Ted and a real guru of sea angling

Should get him along to the hallowed turf at Plainmoor.
