Graham Horn, sad news.

Post by ferrarilover »

I read on the OS that Graham Horn, our former goalkeeper, has passed away.

I, of course, didn't see him at Plainmoor, but to hear of his passing, presumably at a relatively young age, is terribly sad.

Memories of him, anyone?

Matt.

Yes, sad news and some memories of him playing for us in 1983 when I could actually get home for about a dozen home games that season. Remember one game against Hereford when he let one in, in the first minute or so, without having touched the ball! Speculative long punt that he never even sniffed. After that he was solid and played well in the gulls 2 -1 win and we missed a penalty as well. Yes, a good goalie for us so it's sad to read that he has passed on. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends at this sad time RIP Graham, you will be remembered.
Oblivion!!!!
