"The Transfer List"
Hi guys, this can be deleted once I have an answer.
Someone, once before, posted a link to a website which was, effectively, "the transfer list". It had details of every player, I guess, registered as a player with the FA, but not with a club, or available for transfer from their current club.
Does anybody know that link? A quick Google reveals little of use.
Matt.

I think you will find that I am from Chelston lol.
It was givemefootball.com - essential reading during the summer months (to the extent I had it bookmarked on the old iPhone)
However, I bring bad news. Just had a quick look to check the address, and it appears they have "re-vamped" it. And I can't find said transfer list anywhere.
Take a look and see if you can find it

I've a feeling it's going to only be accessible by people signed up to the PFA... http://www.thepfa.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Do the BBC not do a day to day list?

I'm not after transfers, I'm trying to see who is available for transfer or to sign as a free agent.

It was on givemefootball, but try as I might I can't find it on there anymore.ferrarilover wrote:I'm not after transfers, I'm trying to see who is available for transfer or to sign as a free agent.
As Jeff says, the site you are looking for is givemefootball. I'm pretty sure it will have the list of out of contract players up and running again soon as from memory it doesn't go 'live" until June at the earliest. Let's face it, some clubs have still to decide on their retained lists as it stands and nearly all of them are in negotiations on new deals for some of their existing out of contract players.I'm sure if you look back again in a couple of weeks or so it will reappear.
Thinking about it, the season doesn't officially end until the middle of June and contracts normally run until 1st July. So hopefully givemefootball.com will have the list in a couple of weeks...

Not exactly what I had used before, but found this link on another website which seems to do the same job:
http://www.thepfa.com/transferlist" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The name kind of gives it away!
