[OS] 2024/25 Season Ticket & Matchday Ticketing Arrangements

With preparations ahead of new campaign continuing to gather pace, Torquay United is pleased to be able to confirm ticketing arrangements for 2024/25. With a new board, new manager and a whole host of new players – with more to follow – all gearing up for the new season, we’re eagerly looking forward to welcoming our beloved Yellow Army back to Plainmoor for what is an exciting new era for TUFC. The loyalty shown by our wonderful supporters helped steer the club through one of the most traumatic seasons in United’s 125 year history, and with The Bryn Consortium having secured the future of the Torquay United after completing their takeover, we hope that fans can now look ahead to the forthcoming season with renewed optimism and pride once again. For Torquay United to thrive on and off the pitch, it is important that the club maintains a progressive and ambitious outlook, whilst ensuring it strives to become fully sustainable. However, we also fully appreciate the commitment shown by supporters in purchasing a Season Ticket, and after listening to feedback received via our online survey, we are now in a position to release our pricing structure for 2024/25, which we believe offers something for Gulls fans of all ages! We are pleased to announce that all Season Ticket prices for the forthcoming season have been frozen. Whilst our club is committed to providing Paul Wotton with the best playing budget possible in order to make next season a successful and enjoyable one, we also recognise the need to acknowledge the continued support of you, our fantastic fanbase. In addition to our established Season Ticket packages, we have also introduced a number of new initiatives to address the feedback received. 
Season Tickets offer significant discounts on individual match tickets, and there’s even more savings to be had when purchasing Season Tickets during our Early Bird window. Our Early Bird discount window runs for two weeks – from 9am on Friday 14th June until midnight on Friday 28th June, with renewing Season Ticket holders provided with exclusive access for the first week. 2023/24 Season Ticket holders will be given priority access to renew their tickets and reserve their seats for 2024/25 during our renewal window, which runs from 9am on Friday 14th June until 5pm on Friday 21st June. Supporters will be able to purchase their tickets online, over the phone, and also in person via our Main Club Reception at Plainmoor during this period – please see opening hours below. Then, once our renewal window has expired at 5pm on Friday 21st June, Season Tickets will go on general sale an hour later at 6pm, giving all supporters the opportunity to purchase book their spaces for 2024/25 at Early Bird prices. The general sale of Season Tickets will commence online at 6pm on Friday 21st June, before being made available over the phone and via our Main Club Reception at Plainmoor at 10am on Monday 24th June. Early Bird prices will then remain available until midnight on Friday 28th June, at which point, standard prices will then come into effect. For 2024/25, we will also be freezing our individual match ticket prices, and after listening to feedback received from the Yellow Army, there will also be no additional charge for tickets purchased on the day of the game. In short, whether you purchase your ticket in advance, or on a matchday, you will pay the same price. - Torquay United will also be showing its support for our Armed Forces, by offering servicemen and servicewomen Concessionary Season Tickets for just £290 (Early Bird) or £300 (Standard Rate)
- Supporters using our designated Wheelchair bays will also be entitled to Concessionary Season Tickets – £250 Early Bird / £260 Standard Rate (Adults) or £80 Early Bird / £90 Standard Rate (Under-18s)
- 10% discount in the Club Shop
- Priority access to cup games
- Priority access to away games (when applicable)
- All under-12s who purchase a season ticket will go into a draw to win the opportunity to be a mascot on the opening home game of the 2024/25 campaign
- ‘Yellow Army Shirt’ – Shirt number 99 will be reserved for Season Ticket holders. This listed in the matchday programme and club website, and at the end of the season, a Season Ticket holder will be chosen at random and presented with the shirt
