Dover Athletic to appeal saying they have been "hung out to dry" by the National League .

The appeal will be about the fine and points deduction. This season's results will still be expunged, there is no other solution. We need to except we have just lost three points, not ideal, but the playoffs or more are still a good target.
Bad luck on Kyle Cameron too - halves his goal tally for the season from 4 to 2 !
If they had been thrown out of the National League structure as they should have been they would not need have had a gripe with the League. I trust like player appeals punishment can increase as well as decrease? . No. Silly me I forgot they are a South East club and need it always seems destined to receive special support from officialdom.

Yes they should be demoted below the NL South.
Hung out to dry? They wilfully refused to play, break the rules , you get punished. Any two year old will tell you that.
I would say they got off lightly. Their Chairman has thrown the toys out of his pram, threatening legal action - what a fool.

Should definitely have been demoted.
