Looking at the next 5 fixtures, which are;

Sat 12th Dec: Kings Lynn (A) - 18th
Wed 15th Dec: Dag & Red (H) - 19th
Sat 26th Dec: Yeovil (H) - 21st
Mon 28th Dec: Weymouth (A) - 22nd
Sat 2nd Jan: Yeovil (A) - 21st

I can honestly believe we will get a maximum of 15 points, even with our history of playing badly in previous seasons against teams at the bottom and also knowing Yeovil and Weymouth will be looking to cause an upset, I can’t see Johnson allowing it.

We could easily start 2021 off after the Yeovil game with 46 points and a substantial lead building on our current 5pts and game in hand over 2nd and 11pts over 3rd.

Well done to everyone at TUFC, the best start in our history will be strengthened and I am sure we would all like those points now and be leading than in hand catching up.

while that would be great (obviously), we should probably temper expectations with the fact that we are carrying quite a few 'walking wounded' - Danny Wright, Asa Hall, Lemonheigh-Evans and Whitfield all with issues, and Wynter already out, plus Little absent for...however long..we're in danger of starting to look a little thin.

Ordinarily we would probably expect to beat both King's Lynn and Dagenham, but the two games against Yeovil are the games that'd give me pause. On the plus side, we'll have 11 days between Dag & Red and the Yeovil home game, which is much needed.

I would ecstatic if we were to get 15 points from these 5 games, but honestly, I'd be totally ok if we came out of them with 11 (3 wins, 2 draws). I don't see anybody else in the league catching us be time the fifth game is played. And then we'll have to see what January brings, particularly with regards to loan signings (I think Randell and Sherring's loans are set to expire then?) and possible outgoings; somebody like Whitfield has surely got teams in higher division tracking him now.

We will have a blip at some point but how we come out of it will be the thing. Still very early days, this time last year Barrow had 47 pts from 24 games so our 31 from 12 is
is well over the 2 pts per game probably needed to win the league. At this current rate we would get 113 points ! which isn't going to happen. I would be amazed if we won all 5 games, Yeovil who won at Bromley Tuesday are probably a better team than their position suggests.

Maybe a chance to rest some players and rotate at least? Get Buse, Slough, Koszela etc playing

I may have missed something alone the line but where is Andrew Nelson? He is conspicuous by his absence. Back in Oct, I heard he had a bruised shin, recovery time normally two to three weeks max.
