Wishing Connor-Lemonheigh Evans a speedy recovery. Injured his ankle ligaments against Woking recently and he's since had surgery. Understand out for several months. #BristolCity #TUFC
Not good news, if this account is true.

He was deliberately targeted at Woking last Tuesday, twice before being taken off at half-time.

I can’t imagine Gregor has got his facts wrong - if it’s ankle ligament reconstruction then I would imagine he will be our for at least 3 months

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, will be sorely missed but come back fitter, stronger and fresh to aid our push for promotion at the end of the season.

Yeah, thanks Poku, you didn't quite get him with your first effort but your second took him out of the game as planned. Get back soon Connor.

By all accounts Poku is a very dirty player.
I hope the Popside give him a real roasting if he plays on 28th December in the return fixture.

Really galling as this seems to be part of Wokings gameplan to nail the opposition players. Poku was only playing because their first choice midfielder was suspended.
They are a horrible team with a chip on their shoulder. In the televised game against Hartlepool their assistant manager was bleating on at half time about how they were only "little old Woking" and how the players had been told before the game that they wouldn't get any decisions from the referee.
What a ****. Then there is their gibbering Geordie imbecile of a manager. Really horrible lot.

Would imagine he’ll be getting a fair bit of stick.
They even had the cheek to put the tackle in a highlights reel of his challenges throughout the game, can’t wait to stuff the tinpot bunch over the Xmas period.
Send well wishes from the forum madmike. Johnson quoted in the DL article saying he’ll be out for ‘one or two months’ so hopefully back with us sooner rather than later.

Plenty of time for CLE to return and make an impact. He will have still have a decent career while Poku is cleaning toilets somewhere.
