I for one would like to thank Saikou Janneh for his work, goals and help in getting Torquay United promoted as champions. I guess he'll not be there tomorrow, as Bristol City playing.
How can we express our thanks, how about a chant or applause at a set time?
Thoughts?

If he's not required tomorrow he might be at Plainmoor as he's been recalled in case City have any injuries and might be used

if City get in the play-offs

He should take a bow tomorrow your right.

''
Bristol Live understands the Gambian forward, who has scored 18 goals in 34 league and cup games for Torquay, has a slight injury so will not be involved in the matchday squad for Monday's Championship clash against Sheffield Wednesday.''

So there's a chance Saikou might get to Plainmoor tonight
Good Luck to him - hope he plays at a good level in future - unlikely we'll see him in a TUFC team again . . . . . .

Really good loanee who will only get better as I believe he has just turned 19. Sad to see him go before the end of the season but hopeful he will break into the Bristol team soon. Good luck to him.

National League football with a manager trusted by Bristol City, why wouldn't he be back next season? Would be good for all concerned IMHO.

OK S Gull and WDIB - I certainly hope you are right. But as Saikou is on the edge of BCFC's squad now (apparently) and with 18 goals to boot, I'd guess if he's out on loan next season, it could be L2. I'd like to be wrong !

For a youngster he has the most natural ability I have seen in a player at Torquay for many years, he has excellent technical skills, knows where the goal is, and unlike others, does not look like a rabbit in the headlights when the ball arrives at his feet in the area. I think the championship is the least of what he can achieve. Good luck to the lad, I will be following his progress.

I agree, I also believe that the other City lads should return next season. They have formed a great relationship with everybody at the club. We all want them to progress to reach their potential. The step up next season will be a good challenge for them and another step up the professional ladder. GJ is no doubt looking at another promotion push next season. They get to play and develop under Johnson snr for another season. Surely it makes perfect sense to Johnson Jnr and City.

We really missed his creativity today - nice to see him back to celebrate with the team and good luck to him for the future - he has a bright one in front of him.
