This happens at every ground in the country, usually to a much greater extent than at Plainmoor. Can you imagine any other clubs fans applauding the side off after the season we have just had?

I refuse to accept that the supporters who have paid their hard earned money all season to watch utter tripe are to blame for the state of the club.

Perhaps we should all do something else on a Saturday afternoon and see how the club manages. Tin pot joke club.
TUFC never fails to let its fanbase down.

27/08/18 - Time to step back from this shambles and focus on things in life that make me happy. TUFC doesn't.

Another who has just taken the comment personally. Understand I am not talking about all 2,000ish that turn up each week - I am talking about a core group which produce hatred and anger only. You know - the ones that used to boo Bodin before he even touched the ball each game. Paying punters have an opinion but some of ours go looking to attack. You only have to read some of the posts on BTPIR to understand how some posters on there think. Doctoring of pictures, the Farcegreaves bandwagon, the personal attacks on Thea and her intellect - it truly is shocking behaviour. I read the forum as they have some good posters on there but have to trawl through vile to find those who do not have an agenda of destruction.

Every club has a hard core band of morons with issues. The Gulls certainly have a few. You see them at Plainmoor, using their entrance money as an excuse to berate and insult in a way that they would not dare to do face to face. You see them on here too. There is a huge difference between expressing your opinion forcibly and abuse, if people can't see that then I feel sorry for them. There is nothing wrong with telling a player that he has had a shocker, there is everything wrong with craven abuse of said player. To be honest, if you have to insult others, it says more about you than you can imagine.

Sadly that is totally down to the internet!

People are safe sitting in their snug little cocoon behind a keyboard.

In my day we were brought up on the understanding that you either say it to the person's face - or you don't say it at all.

Ask Jethro ... the ****! :)

There is a Board Meeting tomorrow (Wednesday). That just might start to throw some light on the future of TUFC. Let's hope for something positive.

Just spoke to someone very close to Theo and he said that the deal is going ahead and should be concluded later today/tomorrow. KT has gone back to the States, work completed.

The question is, which take over have they completed and with whom, guess we're about to find just how accurate these rumours have been.

Well if it had fallen through we would have heard, the fact we've heard nothing would suggest positivity is the name of the day.

The position of the club as it stands now, we have little left but to be positive. Personally not suggesting any take over has fallen through, I am merely repeating a rumour suggesting that the so called 50/50 takeover wasn't the only take over on the cards, and I'm going to personally remain cautious until I see exactly which take over has gone through, we'll soon see.

KT will not get paid enough to ride off into the sunset unless a deal is completed.

If anyone is under the idea that the largest part of Mr Kelvin Thomas' salary isn't from a percentage of the completion of the deal then they are misguided. How would I know? Because I have worked for companies that have Corporate Finance departments that do this line of work and never will the largest percentage of the fee be paid until the deal is done. Quite simply it is how it works!

Can only hope this is the case!

There's a lot to sort out for next season!
