They'd probably refuse it based upon their advertising guidelines, probably have something (or would quickly make something up) about directing adverts towards individuals - even if it's all factual information.. No idea, just extrapolated the cost of a Herald x400 x4 for a monthly amount. Which came around what I'd expect an apprentice journalist to earn at a small local newspaper.
