Just thought Matt is right Craig won't play as Knill has got blinkers on, I forgot Bodin is out for Saturday so I would play Benion wide right and keep Cameron and Azeez subs.

Azeez sub?!??!? He was the only player that was able to do anything on saturday! Also, since that is your opinion, who would play upfront with hawley is azeez is on the bench and benyon wide?

So we've already got half the team playing in their wrong positions and you want to leave a winger on the bench and play a striker there instead? Madness.

Matt.

Agree, can't imagine what Benyon would contribute out there. He would be better being the most forward player, provided we didn't just lump the ball up in his general direction.

Matt.
Benyon knows the game going back and he can get forward he's done this in his younger days at Bristol City. It's important that the wide players are able to double up if their fullback is struggling.
This is one of the problems playing wingers wide and not midfielders. Bodin has only just started doing it and is getting better.Bodin needs a bomb up his backside sometimes but has improved this season. Azeez and cameron are inexperienced and I would not trust them in a tight game.

Looks to me like a 0-7-3 formation. I bet(joking) rice is looking forward to this one

Azeez is fit, match ready, a specialist winger and, with the best will in the world, a class above Benyon. I appreciate what you're saying about needing defensive cover in a tight game, but I've not seem anything which suggests Azeez would be any less capable than Bennerz at this stage.

Concur with Lucy, I reckon Ricey is positively relishing the chance to play...

You could be right Matt but I've only seen him once thats why I said this. Rice is lucky to be playing but in all fairness he has done quite well up to Saturday, as I would have been upset if I'd have let in two of the goals.

Like all players, goalkeepers make mistakes from time to time. Look at Joe Hart in recent weeks. The trouble is, when they do make a mistake, the spotlight falls on them. The important thing for Martin Rice is to put Saturday's match behind him - it's over - and focus on the next game. He's done very well this season - far better than most thought he would do - so let's wish him good luck at Wycombe.
