I'm assuming that we can only play better after this because I don't think it's possible for us to have another game as bad as today. Not quite sure where all that new confidence has gone;was so pleased with the new found belief playing against Redbridge & Southend & Chesterfield. We didn't fight today. Hoping it was the bitter wind that blew it all away today, & that the team will be ok again for the trip to Gillingham. How can Howe expect anyone to want to sign him when he's playing with no interest whatsoever? I'm still hopeful that we'll stay up, but only if the players actually listen to Knill's instructions; they just looked like they'd forgotten everything that they've learnt from Knill & Brass today. Come on Torquay....please?

We
can play better than we did today. Perhaps the team ate too many Easter Eggs and hot cross buns over the weekend !!
Looking at Gillingham, the first of our remaining fixtures, I think we
can win this, or at least nick a point,
if (IF...) we return to the form we had before the Easter weekend.
Here are the results of their home games this year:
Port Vale 1-2, York 1-1, Northampton 2-0, Wycombe 0-1, Dagenham 2-1, Oxford 0-1, Plymouth 2-1, Accrington 1-0, Rotherham 1-0. W5 D1 L3 F10 A7
A win for Gillingham would seal their promotion if other results go their way. So they could be full of nerves..!! Much will depend on how determined we are to overcome our own fears and to grab the points. NERVES ARE FOR WIMPS..!!

another week. squeeky bum time getting squeekier! :-o
well here we go!
barnet v chesterfield - hoping for a draw, but expecting a home win!
brizzie v wombles - has to be a home win.
greeks v daggers - better be a home win!
gargs v chelts - should be away win.
york v accres - could do with a draw or away win - got a (bad) feeling it might be a home win though.
as for the mighty TUFC - well.............................

In the form table (last 6 games), the top 6 are Bristol Rovers, Accrington, Cheltenham, Chesterfield, Gillingham and Plymouth; the bottom 6 are Aldershot, Dagenham, Southend, Exeter, York and Morecambe. But forget all that. It's cup-tie time...!!
I'll go for:
Barnet v Chesterfield: Draw
Bristol Rovers v Wimbledon: Home win
Exeter v Dagenham: Draw
Plymouth v Cheltenham: Draw
York v Accrington: Draw
Gillingham v Torquay: Away win
