Thought I may as well introduce myself as i've just recently re-registered! I'm Lauren, 20, also from southampton, followed the gulls since I was 5 - first match with my dad was plymouth away on boxing day- dire first experience but got stragely hooked from a very young age. Get to as many games as I can, my most memorable game has to be Barnet v. Torquay in 2001, will never forget that feeling relief..only marginally beaten by of course wembley 2009! Anyway, looking forward to speaking with you all, hope to meet a few of you on saturday though god knows where our tickets have been allocated too..

hi Lauren
i also remember the barnet game well. i was within 2 feet of the turnstile, when they closed the doors !!! i climbed walls, even got into the BBC truck at one point, what a day !! but i did manage to get in after the game had finished to join the celebrations.
i've got my tickets (well, i've ordered them ) for saturday, so hoping for more celebrations then.
anyway, welcome to the forum.
Brady.

Originally from Dawlish and started supporting Torquay in the late 70's early 80's - used to play on a Saturday afternoon and then watched the Gulls in the days of Saturday evening 7.30pm kick offs.
The days of Colin Anderson, Jim McNichol and I remember Tony Curry playing for us (Sheffield United legend).
Work now sees me living near Donny, so don't get to see them as often as I'd like, very disappointed after Saturday's Play off v Stevenage - as I would have looked forward to seeing Torquay at both Sheffield clubs, Chesterfield, Huddersfield etc...
