I am sad for all Argyle fans - I too have some happy memories of United v Argyle games and they have always been good to us as a Club over the years. In times gone by it seemed almost all our team were ex-Argyle players.
Just one worry for me in relation to their continued existence. I think they bought Home Park with a bank loan on a mortgage. If that is right won't the bank foreclose and where do they play if they do?
I guess it will all depend if the bank can get a better deal by selling the ground to a developer although the chance of getting planning permission for any other use is remote.
