Very handy this - especially for fans coming from further afield (like myself). Alternatively, although this would cost a bit, a tilting pitch could be laid. We could tilt it at the beginning and at half time so that the opposition always play uphill. And we can tilt it before games to make sure that the rain runs off to the side.
