The Jesus connection is an obvious one, but one which should see us get the very best from Stockley. Chris has been working with him for months now and will have an extremely accurate idea of his strengths. I think, with everything we know, that we will see a Stockley/Benyon starting front two against Wombles.

The key to that game will be nullifying Smith (who, but for the sake of about 2 hours would be wearing yellow) and, if he plays, Midson. I can see a high scoring affair, perhaps 2-2.

Matt.

Smith has gone back to Charlton, his 6 month loan has ended.

As we've rarely managed to score more than one goal in any match this season, I suppose 2 - 2 would be a 'high scoring affair' ................

Gulli, I hadn't seen that, excellent news. We were SO close to getting him, I can't tell you.

Come on Tomo, I think four goals is high scoring. A quick look down the results from the weekend show very few games with more goals (even though it was FA Cup weekend).

Without Smith for Wombles, I might be forced to revise my prediction.

Matt.

Don't forget they've now got Charlie Wyke on loan - a force behind the win at Wycombe.
