If he's contracted to the club part-time or full time they will want a fee. Obviously if his contract is coming up for renewal he may be having trials everywhere. Talking about Mozika, he's on a pay-as-you-play contract which presumably means he gets paid when he is in the squad. So far he has been in the squad for four games - Burton and Bury (away) and Portsmouth and Rochdale (home). During those FOUR games, he has played precisely 17 minutes (plus any injury time in the two games he has been brought on).
