At the moment it looks like he has destroyed a reasonable L2 side that needed two or three players, & built a mid table Conference side. In this case he has had a bit of bad luck with injuries, but he should have signed cover before the season started, at least he is trying to sign loan players, if he signed Cooper instead of some of the others the situation would not have been so bad. I don't think that he has the ability to sort things out.

He's got cover, he's got cover that's injured. What about this don't you understand? The club has 4 centre backs. That is the maximum any club in our financial position could possibly be expected to have. They're all injured. To suggest otherwise is to suggest that motorists should carry 10 spare wheels, just in case the first 9 and the four originals all puncture on the same journey. It simply isn't oractical, realistically or financially.
