Listening on Vale player. Aldershot giving it a good go and had a few chances. According to the commentary they have done there homework on them. But Vale sound dangerous when going forward so hopefully they can get the lead.

1-1 McCallum levels it. Sounds like Aldershot deserved it sadly. Hopefully Vale can nick a winner.

Just typical of our luck. Didn't they put 7 past a team going for promotion the other day?

I'm writing to the League, there is clearly a conspiracy to see us relegated this year. There is no way Port Vale can possibly not win this match. Money has changed hands, without a doubt.

Is it still reasonable to revel in the fact 'we only lost 1-0' to Gillingham. In that game we had no right to expect anything other than a battering in?

No thats why we are where we are - other teams continue to pick up points whilst we don't. The only way out of this is for us to win the next two games. With a crocked up reserve team keeper realistically it isn't going to happen.

Absolutely. Even if the stats on the BBC are to be believed, Aldershot haven't had half the chances we had on Saturday and they have managed a goal. If anything, it just goes to strengthen my resolve in the fact that we get feck all in the way of good luck when it seems other clubs enjoy far, far too much of it. Shots are looking at getting a point in a match where they have been as terrible as always when we got nothing from a match in which we beat the opposition keeper four times and, hit the woodwork twice and lost to a shot from their geezer which was, but for a 1 in a million deflection, going out for a throw. There is more to a football match than just the final score.
Matt.

Yep, it's all down to luck. We're actually brilliant, and if it wasn't for that evil mistress fate, the will of god, bobbly pitches, wrong colour underpants and leaves on the line, we'd probably have won the league by now.
