Again somebody reading something into two random facts, assuming that i in some way mean something negative by it and responding with a sarcastic response. I may as well give up. It may as well be a f*cking witch hunt on here sometimes.

First of all i put them on this thread because they were both snippets of information that i found out that i thought were relevant to the thread and some of you may be interested. It is a thread about a game against Dagenham & Redbridge after all.

Secondly i had found out that Daggers were third in the form table. That's it. Not that because they were in good form and i thought they would roll up to Plainmoor and win 4-0 and we haven't got a chance blah blah blah maon, whinge, we're screwed, we're going down. Where in that sentence did i reveal any of my opinions on the outcome of the game? All i was doing is letting people know that Daggers were 3rd in the form table so are doing quite well.

Thirdly, where in my second sentence did i say that because John Still has been in charge a long time he must therefore be doing a good job? I didn't say anything about his constant battles against relegation. All i said was a fact about him being one of the longest serving managers in the league. It's just a fact that people might be interested in relevant to the team we are playing. I offered no opinions and no viewpoints.

I manage to stay totally neutral and state a couple of benign facts and i still rub people up the wrong way. :-/
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Andy you may find that Cambgull was merely commenting on those two facts rather than making any comment about you.

If you do feel you are being picked on then it is not always best to jump in and defend every point in what could be taken as a quite aggressive way, particularly inferring somebody was being sarcastic when, if he was commenting just on the facts, he may not have been. Often if you think something is directed at you it may sometimes be best to ignore it but carry on posting on other matters as usual. If anybody is having a go at you, and I'm not saying they are as I certainly haven't noticed it, people often get bored if they don't get a reaction.

Always keep at the back of your mind though that just because you are paranoid it does not mean they are not out to get you! ;-)

I indeed apologise to Luke should his comments be meant in a harmless way, the manner in which i interpreted them led me to think otherwise. I wish people would put smileys on or something so i know it is not meant in malice as i do have a problem figuring out what people mean sometimes. It is hard for me to interpret without the addition of facial expression. :-/

No worries Andy, it was in no way meant negatively about you, or even about you at all! 'Twas merely a post to show the other side of the points you raised. You need to stop taking things so personally mate, no-one on this forum is out to get you and nobody intends to insult you. All of your girly hissy fits ( :na: ) have usually followed someone disagreeing with your opinions, not disagreeing with you or your personality, if you see what I mean.
Luke.

Oh, don't you worry Andy. If I have anything negative to say about you, you'd know about it!

Could turn this forum into a soap opera.."The popside Enders" Now what part could Austrian Andy play, hmmm let me think about this, got it Ian Beale... Of course only joking mate.

As for the game I still think we payed Southend far to much respect in our last outing, we have got remember that on our day we can beat anyone in this league , yep D+R are one of the form sides at the moment however please lets put a side together with some attacking intent and have a go at them, instead of sitting back containing and placing all hope in catching them on the break..we are at home.

That would be superb idea Dave, Phil Mitchell could be played by either Dave SG or Brady ( Regiment ), both are bald as coots and look like they'd fit the bill perfectly! :na: . Matt would be a more suitable candidate for Ian Beale though with me playing Pat Butcher. :O

We could call it Plainmoorers!

(Note to Dave & Brady - Don't get me ) :'(

Matt reminds me more of Syed than any other character, probably the limp wrist and penchant for girly colours...........
