Shame he didn't break it last night, bet he was gutted. So nearly too if he'd managed to get a touch on one of Craig's corners in the second half!

I've no doubt he'll get another chance to beat the record later (if not sooner) in the season. A lot more goals in him yet..

Stefano etc, what's our record for goals in a season? I'm sure Rene won't beat it, but might be interesting to see how close he gets.
