So it seems that we may be struggling with finding loan support, perhaps not a surprise at this point in time. Cue March madness!

We incentivise goal scoring and link it a team win.

How about this for starters...

500 quid /goal to each goal scorer if we win, 500 /goal drops to 250/goal if we draw and the goalscorers gets nought if we lose and buys the first round.

Watch the forwards shoot at every opportunity and help the defence out...
We score more goals, the gates go up to watch the March goal fest, scheme is self funding, we survive for another year, regroup and world domination!

Actually a very good idea in principle. I'm sure players have annual targets etc, but it would be great to do this on a match by match basis. It might make Rene Howe more willing to shoot from distance. We all know he can bang em in from 25 yards.
