Yep. I had a look on FA.com as I don't trust ai responses and there it states 2nd yellow in same match is 1 match ban.

Also, bit off topic for this thread, spitting carries a 6 match ban whereas violent conduct is 3. So clearly, if you're getting wound up by an opponent, it's probably better to nut them rather than gob on them. Who knew?
