United’s pre-season preparations moved up a gear this week, as manager Paul Wotton put the lads through their paces with a set of gruelling runs on Thursday evening. We’d like to say a BIG thank you to all at the Cary Arms & Spa for their hospitality this evening – The lads were certainly made to work for it though!
