When Scott joined United on loan on 23 Feb from Chesterfield I assume the usual clause was included in the deal that he could not play against Chesterfield next Monday.
Am I correct or did by chance his parent Club forget as happened famously with Jake Robinson some years ago when he joined us on loan and Shrewsbury forgot to put in the relevant clause.
Scott Boden
Who knows - Given that they signed Frazer Kerr at the same time it could be that this clause didn't happen. I know its a loan deal whereas Kerr was a permanent signing. Whether that has any bearing on the matter I don't know.

Given that Boden was on furlough payment as Chesterfield had nothing for him to do - in other words he was surplus to requirement - I think well find that there was no clause included that he could not play for us against Chesterfield. Hope he plays in the match as he will have something to prove.
