Richards - SIGNED

Post by Richinns »

Has agreed a two year deal but has yet to put pen to paper?

(bottom of the article).

Seems strange? MacDonald and Ajala have signed so why the delay here?

Hope it is nothing to cause worry and it is resolved quickly.

It says he's agreed, just not signed. Maybe he's gone home to pack his stuff for the move...?

I hope he hasn't agreed only to look and see if he can better it elsewhere. That has happened in the past and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again.

Can't be easy can it, this manager malarkey, part of you would always want to say,,,, "There's the contract, up to you, sign it in the next 10'secs or I'll rip it up. Choice is yours, oops to late, see ya."

Not really associated, but not really worthy of own thread; Godfrey Poku is trialling with Hyde I believe so probably not in Hargreaves plans.

Trialling with a side that won one game in all of the last season, I can't see him being too much of a loss.

Matt.

I would think that by now Richards has gone looking for something better, why would you not sign after aggreing terms and presuming he said ok that's fine you would expect him to sign on the dotted line so I suspect his agent has said hang on we can do better,If I were Chris H I would say sign by tomorrow or not at all,we are Torquay, dont mess us about.

Only saw him for a few minutes against Walsall, don't really know what to make of him, wonder if Harding stays whether Richards will be more of a development player, as Harding/Young looked a good combination in that game.

Does he play in the centre? Feel like we are a bit light there.

I wonder whether we trial a full back or two at Weymouth? It's only 30 miles away from a certain Championship resort.
