Live @ Plainmoor

Post by A Candy »

Dear All,
The latest event under the Live @ Plainmoor initiative is tomorrow night with the visit of the legendary Strawbs plus support. An absolute" must see" for those of you who were around in the 70's but also for all lovers of live music. This is the real thing not a tribute band. For all you youngsters out there please tell your parents as I am keen to see the place full so that we can raise as much money as possible for the Club. Tickets are £15, a 2 course meal booked in advance is available at an extra £5. Doors open at 6.30pm. If you can get a party of 5 or more together let me know and I will see what discount I can offer.
Thank you.

Looks like that would be a great night, and a 2 course meal for a fiver? A bargain!

Unfortunately won't be able to make it but the Strawbs were a superb band. Well worth going to see.
Luke.

Any chance we could book Conchita Wurst for a peformance - when i saw her/him on the Euro Song Contest I thought that Peter Coffill had dragged himself up at first

Brucie has hit the nail on the head; I can't remember the last time that happened to me.
