No not that awful film!! Just wondering, I've tried to set myself one, but says it's too big, how do I make a picture smaller? Thanks

Crop it in the picture editor on your computer. Save the file to your computer, right click it and click 'edit' or 'open for editing', then crop it to the maximum size or smaller.

That's how I do it; there's probably some nerd way of doing it too.

A nerd way (easier) is to upload to a site like http://www.tinypic.com and select the drop down for resize to avatar size.
