Teams around us spending in loan market!

Post by exiledgull »

This is how all other teams are acting!

Accrington have resigned Odejayi
Northampton bring 2 more players in

Last year Knill was able to strengthen in the loan market and we can all agree he can sign decent players (getting them to play together whole new issue). I think we need a centre midfielder and another striker.

Getting rid of Knill will effect our chances of loan players, as the finances be spent elsewhere.

We need loan players and urgently.

How many more loan players do we actually need. He has a loan striker in Stockley and never plays him in his correct position. He has a decent striker at this level in Benyon but never plays him either. We need someone who can get the current players to play like a team not more loanees.

What we need is a decent coach who can rally the players and with a few new ideas tactically.

This is far more along my way of thinking.

Personally I think Knill recruitment wise (overall) has done a very good job but he seems to be poor in building a 'team' and lacks tactical knowledge and this is why we find ourselves in our current position.

Must also be said he has had a lot of bad luck on the way but at the end of the day you have to be judged on the league position being achieved.
