Azeez Returns home
Gone back to Charlton and we are trying to get a replacement before tonight's loan deadline.
Not really going to miss him in my opinion, has not started for a couple of games now. Will be interesting who is brought in.

pretty much standard for an injured loan player to back to his parent club, didn't have much chance to impress in his natural position, wish the lad luck with his development.

Not suprised that he has gone back after getting injured - he has ability but don't think we saw the best of him. Good news that Bodin is nearing fitness and not suprising that Knill is trying for someone else - the bloke loves a loan signing.

Returns home?! He's not E.T! :na:
Not bothered one bit about him going back. He bagged us a couple of goals none of which proved to be valuable in the end but he tailed off badly before being latterly used as a sub. I thank him for representing us though and wish him well in his future career.
So Knill is thinking of dipping into the loan market YET AGAIN is he?
He's obsessed. It will stand him in good stead though all this over use of the loan market if he ever got the sack as he'll be straight on the blower to QuickQuid!

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
What about recalling one of our boys?
IMHO - Loan players should be better than our current squad members, we do not need Bench Warmers thank you very much.
It was no surprise to see him go down with a hamstring injury after just coming on, as our half time time warm up routine (if I can call it that) is akin to a Pub team.
NB:Jake McCourt (another loanee bench warmer) was also feeling the back of his leg after continually hoofing the ball 50 yards across the pitch.
Conversely, recent visiting teams have been completing proper squad warm ups.

Life is like TUFC. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory.

It is good that we have got a manager who has the contacts to be able to do that and with a club with our budget it is absolutely essential to bring in loan players. His loan players kept us out of the Conference last season as I am sure they will do again this season. A few get blinded by the number of threads that were created about sacking the manager (it was nice to see that most of them got obliterated - divine intervention perhapsAustrianAndyGull wrote: So Knill is thinking of dipping into the loan market YET AGAIN is he?

I see Jayden Stockley has been recalled by Bournemouth as he's not getting much game time, an option?

If that's the reason he's gone back to Ballmouth, then a distinct possibility.

) and fail to see what he brings to the club with his contacts and experience - an experience that allows sentiment for local heroes not to get in the way when they get found out.[/quote]
If Mr Knill's 'experience' had amassed more than 3 wins in 18 games which has resulted in us being next to bottom in the league, there would not have been 'a number of threads that were created about sacking the manager'.

Don't worry. The Gulls will win all their December games and Alan Knill will be named Manager of the Month..

Not at all sorry to see him go. He didn't look like a Championship player to me, and quite frankly didn't look interested. And now, azeez been replaced by a far better prospect, things might be looking up. I make no assumptions though.
