Is there?

We play York tomorrow. Score predictions and views on how the match may pan out anyone? :keepie: :goal:

Ok, back to life. :)
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

3-1 Torquay, Jarvis first goalscorer because it's inevitable!

I reckon Louis got less than 5 entries for the sign making competition he posted on here. May I apologise Louis as I simply didn't get the chance to complete mine due to extenuating circumstances but the opportunity got my interest as i'm an easy going bloke and wanted to get involved. I was disappointed I couldn't participate.

In future Louis i'd offer a free shirt plus £500 and then you might be in business.

Lol, I am still here Andy mate, not so much spare time these days, managing an U16 football team ( the Kevin syndrome)has got this/any tee-totaler reaching for the.. (D) .. :)

Anyway, onto the York game, got a feeling if we are to have any chance of winning, our strikers are going to have to be on form take chances, and score more than we let in, gone for 2.2 on the prediction league, hoping for better.

Andy, I just read your opening thread for our game tomorrow. Laughed at the "Ode to Manish" (you are clever). Hope Dan can bring a drum. I am reluctant to predict the scoreline because I am always hopelessly wrong.

GLG, you sound like a very nice fellow. Thankyou for the compliment. It is much appreciated.

I'm not clever in the sense that I can use my brain to make something of my life but I like to think I can add a little amusement for the people that love my football team now and again.

Well I am here Andy. As much in spirit as in body which tends to be unusual these days. one or other tends to get in the way most time.

Anyway enough of the dribble. I have thought about taking a drive down to sunny Devon. anyone fancy a ride. I thought we might do a tour of football grounds and see if there is any football matches. I have been told by a little birdy there might be a match at a small place called Plainmoor. I will have to find it on the map. wonder what the pubs are like.

I'm here - been a bit of a s**t week at work, and had a very close family friend die whilst on holiday in Greece (only 63!!), so been dealing with that too.

Anyway, life does go on - albeit with a bit of reflection.

Tomorrow? Who knows!! Win and I may start to believe that Juan has turned things around, lose and, well, we lose!!

Why doesn't that surprise me Louis. :-/

Still, top marks for the idea mate and I don't know what else you can do if the offer of a free shirt isn't enough to get people involved. I'm just sorry I couldn't get mine in as planned otherwise I might have won something! :)

Although I doubt you'd have used my little one and my design! After all, it's a fans forum and not playschool!

Cheers anyway Louis. :-D
