.......yes maybe Van Perky might fit into our side really quite well.......but I will go with what we've got for the moment ta very much......Chiles.....keep your Brew XI, Bank's Mild, Growty pudding, ' Birmingham has got more (supermarket trolley infested) canals than Venice', Black Country, Baggies Knobber !

Can`t stand the man, so for a giggle I usually picture him in a gimp suit with a shiney pink ball! Doesn`t matter what he comes out with then, it`s always funny! The accent seems to make the gimp suit work perfectly! :whip:

I came here to start a separate thread regarding a mention we got, but my point will go just as well here...

Bloody Ken Bruce this morning on Radio 2. He's chatting away to the travel bint and says,
"there are some things which simply don't go together in a sentence. Like 'fine', 'summer' and 'weather' or 'Torquay', 'United' and 'Champions'..."

I think we should show that to Lee Mansell. It would make him madder than hell. Enough to make sure his team mates find out and go on to have a barnstormer of a season. Maybe we could be champions this year to shove those words right down their throats
