In all seriousness, if we were to drop into the BSP, having Buckle bad might not be the worst thing in the world. Ok so he f*cked us off to chase his shot at the big time ( well Bristol Rovers ) but he knows how to get a club out of the division. Would it work? Could it work? Would he be more jeered than cheered? I'd have to say that all that would matter is getting out of the division regardless and if he can do that then everyones a winner surely? Your thoughts.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

He'd have to do it with no money available to him.
He wouldn't manage it.

Spongebob would do it for nowt AND he would be able to bring in Squidward to replace Poke who would be a nightmare to score against due to him having so many arms. Patrick could be the bruiser centre half and Mr Crabs could use his massive claws to ping wicked crosses in for Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy to tuck away. They'd be such a lethal strike duo those two.
Yeah, you're probably right Scott. He'd have no money but it would get him back into management and he might have changed his style?

I don't know if I would go to games if he returned.austrianandygull wrote:In all seriousness, if we were to drop into the BSP, having Buckle bad might not be the worst thing in the world. If he came back and won us two successive promotions, his weaselness would then obviously be in the past and he would be a hero again. But it may not be necessary, if Martin Ling returns and does the business. Or if not Martin, Alan Knill..
The club's the important thing, not the behaviour, form or feelings of individual managers, players and supporters.

as i said before, it was the way he left and the fact that he lost interest in TUFC before the end of our season, but obviously after the end of his as far as TUFC were concerned.
no, i cant forgive or forget how he treated our club.
