Re: Exeter reserve game
Will do, Andy, but I'd imagine from what Matt's saying that our defence haven't had too much to do..

Re: Exeter reserve game
Quick update - they've had 2 shots, we've had about 15.Their no 9 looks good, rest hopeless esp Thomson. (is this where I have to put 'sic'?) Eunan and Billy too good for this level. Palmer excellent at the back.

Re: Manager of the Month
Don't really want him to win it. It's a slippery slope once that award has been made.
And Mark Ellis is up for the L2 player of the month. If they both win, we'll be doubly cursed. We'll be leaking goals and having players walking out.

Fave ads
I just need to post this to perk up a wee chumlette
and it got me wondering, what are the all time great ads? I was always fond of the 'watch out, watch out, there's a Humphrey about...' ones back in the day (sucks on pipe...) and more recently the Carlsberg ones. Not that they made me buy milk (ewww) or lager.
Anyone have childhood memories of, um, advertising...?

Re: Exeter reserve game
oh blow, i just did a really long post as my source described the 2nd goal as 'the best you'll see for a while' and I don't know where I posted it to...
Anyway, as just said, 3 nil, JT playing for them, and we're making it look very easy. Ta Matt

Louis, can I be a friend by sticking some cash in your pocket when I see you? Can't get onto PayPal at the moment. Or can send a cheque?

John Hartson
Was delighted to read this today about JH wanting to be considered should the Wales job become vacant...

After so much sad/bad news in the football world recently, how great to see somebody recovering so well, when the outlook had been so bleak.

Nice one Fonda, but yeah, perhaps in future if you could talk down our players and highlight more of our manager's shortcomings please...

Dear gintonic,
Many apologies for your thread going completely off topic. I put the high jinx down to the excitement of the site being back.
Sorry again,
