FA cup
Does anyone know how Wimborne are issuing the tickets? Booked mine, but had no confirmation and can’t call the number for the club. Booking didn’t ask for an address to send a physical tickets to either.

Aveley F C vs Torquay United Sat 2 Sept KO 3pm
Whoever it was on Bristows bench that shouted to Gary that There is a job going at Hibs was right. Very poor form for my very poor manager to turn round and start arguing with the supporters and start claiming in his interviews and in the paper that the fans had gone too far What a joke he is.

I heard GJ had spent the playing budget as he wasn't expecting everyone to stay. Is that right?? or where did he find the extra beans for De Silva?
Either way I am happy DDS is back.

Boring….same few opinions thinking they speak for everyone. Get over it and get on with it. Got my season ticket and glad of it. Come on the season.

Have nine sent off???....and the game be abandoned? Not many goals there...........GULL 67 wrote: ↑24 Jul 2023, 18:57 Red card against Exeter didn't benefit anyone??? I did me, my only regret is that nine of them in those horrible red stripes didn't get sent off. Maybes then we could have got a cricket score! Never, never will I forget that play off 2008 and numerous unlucky defeats at their place over the years. Friendly or actual match I will happily watch us stuff them no matter, their arrogance has always shined through.

Oh spare us. Stand off, take it easy, what rubbish. The preseason is meant to get you ready for the season and that is exactly what are they did. There is never really a true friendly and the boys did exactly what they should have in the circumstances. They deserved everything they’ve got and so did Exeter.Mr Tea808 wrote: ↑23 Jul 2023, 20:38 It's not about not liking it up 'em as you call it, it's a pre season game, the clues in the title, 9/10 both managers agree to not go in full blooded and to hold off a bit, steaming in and running around like a fruitcake in a pre season game dosen't impress me to be honest with you, last season we beat Exeter and look at what happened there, I take this result with a colossal pinch of salt, means little. .Injuries in pre season or causing them, what's the point? I don't get it .

Q&A with Gary and Downesy.
Will we be able to ask questions directly or will it be by prior submission with the easiest ones chosen by the media team and asked on the fans' behalf?

Fixtures 2023/24
My first thought exactly re the Tuesday night games. Was looking forward to some decent Saturday away days but I can understand why. If midweek games need to be factored in, they might as well be as near as possible.GULL 67 wrote: ↑06 Jul 2023, 14:56 Sadly seeing these fixtures just brought home where we are. To make it worse most of our decent away games seem to be on Tuesday night. Gutted first game away at Dover, train would need a mortgage to afford a ticket or a horrible long drive with many traffic jams in August. Can't think of a worse first game of the season. Thoroughly depressed.

New Kit New Sponsor !
Not a fan at first glance but want to see it in real life. Strange design and sponsor/wording not bold enough. Is the college logo just there to make sure we have something on the front rather than a real sponsor. Like everyone else, I don't think it will matter when it all gets going again. Like the blue kit though.

Players, managers, owners come and go, supporters don’t.

Well, then, just share the information that you know instead of this pathetic ‘I know something you don’t know’ rubbish. Without foundation to your claim, what are you are saying, means absolutely nothing. Anyone could claim to know something back it up it is useless. So what is it to be?

Boring….just say it or move on. Getting tedious.SuperNickyWroe wrote: ↑08 May 2023, 21:03 Well brucie, I suppose you could say that my post was the same as yours then....
I'd heard that and I wasnt in a position to say if they were coming here or not just the fact- like you have stated - that it was what I'd "heard" as well.
I just thought I'd share the info.
Like I said earlier, next time I won't bother.
