5-1 is good. Against Welling expected given their position and current form. But we look so fragile. If the opposition turn up like Maidstone did we will be found out. It’s a hard watch.

GJ hasn’t bought in any loans. Why?…can the budget really be blown and this is it squad wise. An answer is required to reset expectations…no loans and it’s play offs…fully fit squad it’s the play offs…3 decent loans and we can still go straight up..the lack of information is bizarre

Devon Cup…poor effort from the club but a perfect place to run out Hall Dawson but nothing..are they that far away from playing they can’t be risked??…some information from the club would make me feel a little more confident. If it’s after Christmas before we can expect them back we could be in real trouble…assuming we can get at least 20 games out of them…and yes I know that’s a dangerous assumption.

GJ must be desperately looking for experienced defenders..that’s the on pitch game time leadership and example young players need..I’m all for GJ getting us out of this league but seeing our rivals recruiting well means either we’re not paying or attractive enough. We’re three injuries away from having no subs…

I was expecting-hoping for some loan players by now…two experienced players as a minimum or are we waiting for Hall and Dawson? If Jarvis is out for any reason we will be trusting to luck and we will be found out. Young players need leading in a game and while we doing well in the league results wise we could become brittle…bring on the loans!

Yep..good to see players previously slated growing in confidence and performing. Recall Halstead being described as the weak link by some not 18 months ago and was a rank liability. GJ is not always right like the rest of us but digging out good and improving performances from players takes time and is not guaranteed, especially young players. I predict when Hall and Dawson are back even as bit part players adding to the experience of Moxey and Lapslie we will blow this league apart, as we should.

Young players improving..building confidence. Best keeper in the National Leagues. This without Dawson and shall and loans still an option for centre half…I’ll take it.
