Transfer News & Signings
Shaun McDonald seen last night in the bay. I know he has a partner down here but he obviously hasn’t found a new club and GJ said in his presser that some players who turned deals down have been back in touch as moves haven’t materialised. Chances of us seeing him back next season??

TUFC v Notts County Sat 9th April KO 3pm
It’s a simple of cliche but take each game as it comes.
Today will be tough but can we beat them? YES
That’s all the matters. If we win then we worry about the next game.
Looking forward to it and hopefully a few more big games

Can We Make the Play Offs?
10 games to go (however impossible a feat a believe this is to achieve this is what I think we will need to do to be in with a chance.
1. Win all of our remaining 5 home games (including Notts County and Chesterfield) considering we drew with both of them away not a crazy notion
2. Beat Woking away (again given current form not impossible)
4. Win 1 and draw 2 of the following away games Grimsby, Daggers, Stockport and Southend
This will give us 20 points from a possible 30 ending the season on 70.
If you also ignore the fact this will need the teams above us to win no more than 3 games out of the remaining 10/12 games. We are in with a chance! Right?

Armani Little
Absolutely, agree
some proper miserable **** on this site. It’s always easier to have a dig than it is to give praise.
It’s Support like this that would leave me surprised if we are lucky enough to see him wear yellow again next season.
Well done Armarni

Taking the knee.
The person who is so offended by the sight of 22 people kneeling down on a patch of grass metres in front of them. Calling someone else a snowflakedavethegull2 wrote: ↑23 Mar 2022, 11:01 Would you like a little hurty place for you to blub in snowflake? There are NO racist comments or any support for racism in any of the above comments. Just the opposite. Which just goes to prove how ridiculous taking the knee is when it provokes perverse reactions like this.

Wrexham at home
Looks like Wrexham have sold out all of their seating allocation.
Hopefully we get a good turn out from our fans to make a good atmosphere to get behind the boys.

Ali Omar - didn’t put a foot wrong all night. Fans quick to bash out players when they play badly but don’t recognise a decent performance.

Can We Make the Play Offs?
I fear your view on next season is very optimistic in terms of the squad we will be left with. I feel another rebuild is on the cards.Wolborough wrote: ↑26 Jan 2022, 17:36 Aside from MacDonald (who I hope stays), we will surely need a new spine for the team with a powerful centre half to partner Lewis, at least two midfielders to partner Little and Evans and of course a strong front man and winger to replace Wright and Holman. Who will depart? Hall (will he move into coaching)?,Holman,Halstead, Wright, Rogers, Moxey and Moore? Further development required for Omar, Martin, Johnson, O’Connell, Brzowski, Lolos and the younger ones including Koszela, Slough, Piper and Moyes. Of the remaining players such as Lapslie and Felix they will need to prove themselves further perhaps. If we are to improve upon this season’s disappointing form, there is much to do to embolden the 2022/23 squad. In truth we need to unearth some real gems!
Players I think we will be lucky to keep
McDonald
Lewis
Wynter
Little
Evans
Players I would keep and I think will stay
Martin
Lolos
Johnson
O’Connell
Players who may retire/ past it
Hall
Moxey (I hope stays)
Wright (i hope retires)
It’s to soon to say about Felix but he looks to small for this level and I have been largely underwhelmed by Lapslie and he is always injured.
Omar was good last night so maybe there is something to work with?
The rest can go.
Will Gary want to stay for another rebuild? Where does that leave us?

What a difference Armstrong makes.
Did anyone else notice him giving his shirt Away at the end of the match? Could this mean it’s his last game for us?
Our season will hinge on him staying or going.

The festive period!!!
Hopefully nothing changes and the game remains on.
Yeovil will be keen as they are in form and we will be keen as looking at seating availability in Bristows bench we are in for a decent crowd.

Great result and a great performance.
We are getting much better. I haven’t seen a front 2 work as hard or run as much as Armstrong and Lolos.
I really hope we can extend his loan beyond January.
Martin was tieless again.
Let’s not get carried away but things are going in the right direction.
Christmas will shape our season.

Jake Andrews leaves the club
Good luck Jake and thank you for you years of service.
However I can only imagine the sentiment shown is down to him being part of our championship winning team rather than the last couple of seasons.
As others have pointed out he has rarely started over the last few seasons when all are fit. As much as we could us him for set pieces if we wish to progress we need more and I am glad GJ is striving for that and doesn’t share the same sentiment as some fans.
