Moore - shaky in mid week but superb today.
Young - good energy.
McGinty - solid, but needs to improve his distribution.
Rowe-Turner - seemed more comfortable at centre half.
Read - Tried hard but lack of service.

Torquay v Aldershot 22nd October 3pm
Difficult game tomorrow. The ex Torquay players will certainly want to get one over us and we are likely to be nervous after recent matches. But for me, Reid coming back is a big plus. I would think Blissett is unlikely but could that be a blessing in disguise?
For me, Bliss has been way off the pace recently. I would like to see Reid/Williams play together but its obvious Nico doesn't trust Williams. Chaney will probably start instead. Nothing on the bench!!
I will take a point, 1 - 1 (probably very scrappy). Att: 1835.

1. Young by a mile.
2. McGinty - (hooooof)
3. Richards
4. Verma (although he allowed their left winger far too much space).
5. Lathrope

Obviously it isn't working out for Williams which is a right shame because I think he has got ability and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he leaves and scores goals elsewhere. But, Blissett isn't performing either. I thought he was equally as lazy yesterday and his timing in the air is unbelievably bad. I lost count the number of times that he jumped for the ball far too early!! With his height and power he should be much more imposing on defences. Reid is playing ok but he could well be recalled by Exeter in January.

FA Cup Qualifying - Fourth Round - Torquay v Woking Matchday Topic
Just been to the ground for my tickets and taking my two sons.
The club could do with a good cup run so lets get Plainmoor rocking for this one. I predict a 2-1 win (Reid double) assuming he can play in the FA cup as part of the loan agreement. Attendance - 2163.

Billy Palfrey
Plymouth Herald is reporting that we've signed Plymouth youngster Billy Palfrey on loan. No news yet on OS. It seems he can play in defence or midfield. Anyone know much about him?

FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round Draw
All you can ask for in the cup is a home draw. We've got every chance. The £12,000 for winning would also be handy!

Hello everyone!!
Iv been reading the forum for some months now so I thought it was time to sign up. Also a new season ticket holder. Probably not the best season to start supporting the club but hey, iv watched Newcastle Utd for the last 20 years. That's punishment! Time to get behind Nico and the boys and keep the faith.
