Yes of course - as a Torquay supporter you have to believe we can win.
Years have taught us to always be 100% optimistic.
If we lose - take 10 mins to get over it, then start being optimistic about the next match.![Scarf :scarf:](./images/smilies/scarf.gif)

I was there.
It’s a results game and losing is rubbish (0pts). Our league position is rubbish.
But we did play much better today than Sat.

If Lapslie is the only injury it doesn’t mean those that have recovered from injury are match fit.
Maybe we’ll see the arrival of a loanee at 2:05pm
Just hoping for some clear improvement.

Moxey - not his best game but still thoroughly professional
Goodwin - his best game so far
Iseguan - some real pace
Omar - a great cross and a resounding (legal) header in the second half that got the ball and left their guy on the ground

I share the enthusiasm for Saturday - would have liked to have scored more goals from open play during pre-season.

Assuming all those listed by Bristol Gull are fit, I would start with Jarvis and Goodwin up front with Andrews on the bench.

Great to be back at Plainmoor. Good to score and win !
Massive difference in quality between Plymouth and Exeter - based on Saturdays performance Exeter may struggle next season.
After the Plymouth game I wouldn’t have selected Mark Halstead to start - against Exeter he was excellent … here’s to many more games like that.
Sound performance from the Torquay players, I’m hoping for more improvement next Saturday and maybe a bit more of an attacking spark against lesser opponents.
Can’t wait for the 6th.

It does feel like the ‘worst case scenario’ has landed.
I hope the players who have decided to leave get EFL clubs. Looking at the progress made by some who left for NL clubs this time last year - they may not have made the best career moves.
If anyone can attract the players we need for next season; Gary can - it feels like a long time until 1 July … and then a short time until PSFs start.
