With regards switching alliegience, I was born in Manchester and was brought up watching Denis Law, George Best etc. I moved to Gateshead in 1972 but continued to watch United until 2005, when I suddenly decided that I didn't want to be ripped off anymore and started watching Gateshead. The pre match banter we had with some of your fans on Saturday is one of the reasons I love watching football at this level. Different class. We applauded Torquay off the pitch at the end, and God bless them they applauded back. Bigger teams could learn a lot from the like. Best wishes to all concerned for the rest of the season.

As a Gateshead fan I just wanted to say hello to Keith, Kirsty and Charlotte who went to The Schooner pre match.
Well done for the terrific supporter numbers today.
