Could be the second coming of Tony Bedeau, who did a decent job when converted to a full back.

I hope it works out for him, Niall is certainly a talented player with good pace and strength, he's got some of the attributes needed so this might end up being a career-making season if he can make it work.

Hopefully he'll use his pace well in the conference and get some decent crosses in

I happy to see him given a go. He could be a very good player for us and I hope he can fulfil that potential.

I hope he is given the chance to prove himself. There is definitely potential there, a lad with his sort of pace will always have a chance of making it at league two/conference level.

I just hope he works hard and doesn't end up as another Lloyd Macklin

I'm glad to see Thompson has signed. I just hope he gets the chance to prove himself on the pitch in these 6 months.
