More Out On Loan?

Chris based his figures on four or five strikers. He's implying (correctly, I'd say) that the strikers at other clubs are on £2000/week (or £100,000/year). While this would be nice, we can't afford it.

Matt.

Worth pointing out though that the £6,000 quoted is the total wage bill spent on strikers, not what an individual is earning. So probably around £1,000-£1,500 a man. Still a huge amount of money to play fourth division football!

I wonder how much of ES's wages we are contributing.

In today's WMN Chris Hargreaves quoted that negotiations are taking place at present to send out a further one or two players on loan in order, one assumes to 'balance the books' now Showunmi is on board. Any guesses who?
I should think Courtney Cameron would be one but the other?
Hargreaves also hinted that other strikers taken on recently by other clubs, Northampton?, are paid £6000 - £8000 a WEEK (Sinclair, Connell?). Just shows the difference, however Showunmi must be on a decent wage so well done Mrs Bristow (once again).
