“There are three kinds of lies : lies, damned lies and statistics.” :(

Benjamin Disraeli, British statesman.

“Statistics will prove anything, even the truth.” :-D

Noel Moynahan, British doctor and writer.

It s no coincidence that the three most successful managers in recent history top the tree. It is noted that Paul Buckle so far has only been in charge for 26% of Eric Webber s total. Eric can never go above Frank O Farrell in the table unless all of Frank s spells as manager are totalled and prove otherwise. Have not done the arithmetic so don t know whether this is so. PB however, can slip down the table in the future. Being a fan of Bucks and his methods I don t want this to happen in the very near future.

Christmas Cheer - congrats to PB

Whilst doing research for for my Bumper Gulls Christmas Crossword puzzle (soon to be on Popside Board) , I checked out the manager stats on .com. :scarf:

And PB is now on top of the all time pile for % of games won
He is also right up there for lowest % of games lost
Understand that many of these results were against the likes of Ebbsfleet and Lewes, however you still got to get the job done.

Hope that warms your cockles this Christmas...

I excluded managers with fewer than 10 games form list to filter out noise....
