Never mind a bye, i wish we had a bye bye to the effin thing. It's a complete waste of time, resources and money ( unless you get to the final that is! ).

It is being drawn on soccer AM, Sat. 18th Aug. between 10 -10.30.

This link just shows which section each team is in, and which clubs have been given a bye. :)

I actually think this is a shame. The JPT is an opportunity for the fringe players to get a competitive game and missing out on the first round is one less chance for them to prove the starting eleven worthiness.

Let's face it, it is the only way we are likely to progress in the JPT!

Not sure they were in the Football League when the contracts were signed - looks like their own design, which is of course better than the generic template we are left tp suffer with.

That's providing the bigger teams don't fall at the behest of the minnows and we end up paired with Accrinton or Crawley.
I also noticed that their web site is way better than the PFL or PLF one ie ours and most of the other teams in the league. Seems they have got the option of staying with their own and benifiting from it.
There are good links put on the top in a prominent position and thats good. the rest is easy to read and loads up well. Shame we can't opt out yet.

Torquay have a bye into the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy!

Apologies for using another club's link, but I don't see it on our (somewhat improving) official site.
