Simon Jefferys or Jaffa as he is known when I played with him at Newton Spurs was a very good Keeper in his own right so does know the game from that point of view and he still turns out every now and then. But fitness is what he knows and he helped my cousin back to fitness after she injured her knee and she subsequently ran her fastest Marathon time ever.His knowledge is current and impressive so if you need a trainer he is the man.

:clap: I wholeheartedly applaud Nicho for his attitude, his approach, and his commitment to the Gulls. It hasn't crossed his mind for a second to pick up his wages, try and bring through a younger replacement and ease into retirement, he wants to be first choice at Plainmoor for years to come. LEGEND! I am proud to have his number on my back (moreso than having Gulls' for sure!).

Have purchased a lucky dip ticket for this Friday's Euro Millions draw, which includes a special number which, if drawn, will make me one of 100 people, in the UK, that become MILLIONAIRE'S overnight. all I can say is wow! Even more respect for Nicho now! If only all proffessional footballers would show that level of desire and commitment!
