Just as important is that we don't give away free kicks on the edge of the box. Yesterday's foul was totally unnecessary.

James Ward- Prowse is now 1 goal short of the Premier League record with 17 Goals from Direct Free Kicks. David Beckham holds the record with 18.

Yesterday at Plainmoor Ryan De Havilland Barnet No.33 scored a fantastic Free Kick from 25 yards into the "top bin" and Mark Hallstead had no chance.

Which member of our current squad is capable of scoring this type of goal and how much time do we spend practising dead ball kicks. These are wonderful opportunities to score and I still feel strongly that at National League level players do not spend enough hours working on this one skill.

Last season Armani Little had the ability and scored a number of lovely goals from Free Kicks.

Keiron Evans scored one last week in the FA Trophy and Dean Moxey is a candidate. Brett McGavin is a possible, he scored one earlier in the season, but is there anyone else?
Discuss.
