Can't give up on our club. I'll be there with the drum, exciting new flag as well.

How I agree with DevonYellow and to some extent drummergull. Support for your team should be unconditional. I can only think of one situation when not attending is justified and that was the stance taken by the Hereford supporters a year or so ago. It's a nice day, get behind the team. It is possible that if the worst case scenario manifests itself then there will not be many matches left. But this is not the time for such thoughts, there will be eleven players out on the pitch who need our support. They have no control on what is going on behind the scenes. Get up Plainmoor, we can get through this period. I want us to be the Brazil of the Westcountry not the Workington of the Westcountry. Us oldies have seem some really dire times and this recent patch is down there amongst the worst. We survived. Do not give up.

Shame on the three people who voted that they were going but aren't now.

I know its a shambles but its our shambles and by not going today you are giving up on all of us. Because if the club dies that is really who suffers, the fans.

I would be going if I could but I can't lol but the club will still be receiving my entrance fee. Didn't see an option for that lol.

Disappointed with this situation and the club a little, butof course we don't know his reasons for doing it, however I am more disappointed with the way he went about it.

We'll survive, starting with a win today.

I'll be there tomorrow with my ankle biter. I'm even taking the old man for his first home game in 2 seasons =D. Hopefully, the lads will put on a good show and get all 3 points.

Irrespective of the turmoil the club finds itself in, they're my club and it just wouldn't feel right not being there on a Saturday and cheering the lads on.

C'mon you Yeeeeeelllllllooooooowwwwwwsssss :scarf:

More determined than ever to be there tomorrow.

Going to get behind the lads 100% and show them WE care. Total support needed. No negativity.

How much longer will we have a club to support? Every games a bonus at the moment.

I have a ST and would be going but I've got my kids tomorrow and they dont enjoy going so I'll do something with them instead. On Tuesday I'm going to watch football elsewhere because I'm working away.

My passion for events at Planet Plainmoor have diminished in recent years.

Sorry, I expressed myself badly. I intended 'seems to be' to mean the figures appear to give that impression, which in my opinion they do. Regardless that some have good reasons for not going to the game, it's still disappointing to see that roughly half the supporters won't be attending and weren't going to attend anyway.

I live abroad and thus getting to Plainmoor or any Torquay game is a rare thing indeed. But I give over over £40 to the club every year for the GullsPlayer. I'm sorry if I'm not faithful enough or passionate enough for your liking but I've supported the club for thirteen years since I was a child, and I'll follow Torquay United until either I die or the club dies. Think before you criticise other supporters.

Well, Gullscorer, it depends really doesn't it.

I voted on the poll, and I was never going to the match due to not living in Torquay. If other people like me voted, it doesn't suggest they are fair weather fans, but simply unable to go.

You, of all people, should not be asking widely inaccurate statements like that without cold hard facts....

Think today has just been a whirlwind of emotions and disappointments from the club but we need to calm down, focus and realise that the club need us now more than ever. We cannot give up.
